NBDA Event Terms and Conditions

By attending any NBDA event (“Event”), you agree to the following:

1. Changes & Cancellations – We may update the program, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary. If the Event is canceled, we’ll notify attendees promptly.

2. Conduct – Treat all speakers, staff, and participants with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund, when applicable.

3. Liability – Attendance is at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property. For virtual events, we’re not responsible for internet or technical issues on your end.

4. Recording & Photography – We may photograph, record, or livestream the Event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for promotional purposes.

5. Intellectual Property – Event materials, presentations, and recordings remain the property of the organizer or speakers. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

6. Privacy – We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law – These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
