1. What is included in the 13-week Online Sales Training + Group Coaching program?

This program combines 13 weeks of structured online training from the RAIN Group platform with planned weekly live group coaching sessions (maximum 10 participants per session). You will complete 14 selected modules that address the most impactful areas of sales performance.

2. What is the schedule for the 13 weeks?

All RAIN Group Cohort 1 classes meet from Noon - 1:00 CT 

October 3 (kickoff!),10,17,24,31

November 7,14,21 (No class on the 28th)

December 5,12,19 (No class on the 26th)

January 9,16,23 (No class on the 2nd)

3. Why are only 14 modules covered during coaching?

The RAIN Group library contains over 70 sales training modules. For this program, we carefully selected 14 modules that deliver the most value in areas such as consultative selling and account growth. This focused approach ensures depth of learning while avoiding overwhelm. Importantly, you will still have full access to all 70+ modules and materials for 1 year – and you’ll have the opportunity to have Michel as your personal or group coach for other modules when the 13 weeks are over.

4. What makes this program different from other training programs?

Most programs focus only on training content. This program integrates RAIN Group’s world-class modules with structured group coaching. Coaching bridges the gap between learning and execution, enabling you to apply strategies directly to real-world opportunities. Over the 13-week sessions, you will develop your sales skills and be guided to close more effectively and more frequently.

During the weekly coaching sessions, you will hear from your peers about their success stories, receive advice, and gain nuggets of wisdom from the coach. After a few sessions, camaraderie will grow, and you will be surrounded by peers who will be ready to help you.

5. What results can I expect after 13 weeks?

After only a few weeks in the program, participants often report higher close rates, better account management, and increased confidence. The skills you gain and the resources you receive are yours to keep. 

Results depend on your engagement and consistent application of learning.

1. How much time will I need to commit each week?

On average, 2 hours per week. Each online module typically requires 45 minutes of video content, homework of 1 to 2 hours, depending on the week, and group coaching sessions last approximately 60 minutes. Additional time may be spent applying concepts to your pipeline and client conversations.

2. How does the group coaching work?

Group coaching sessions are delivered virtually, with a maximum of 10 participants per group. This format ensures each participant receives guidance, feedback, and opportunities for discussion. It also encourages peer-to-peer learning and networking.

3. What is the class size?

Each cohort will have a minimum of 5 members and a maximum of 10. We do this to ensure the best possible coaching scenario for you.

4. What do I do if I have to miss a class?

You can continue the training. Because the 13-week program builds skills every week and ties the lessons together, you can catch up by the following week. When another cohort begins, you might join the missed lesson.

1. What happens after the 13 week program?

You will continue to have access to the complete RAIN Group library of 70+ modules and resources for one year. (see more details below) You can also extend coaching (either group or individual) to maintain momentum and address more advanced topics.

2. What if my current RAIN license expires during the 13-week class?

You can purchase a subsequent license to access the same material for another 12 months – or

You can review the videos and download the required material for the 13-week program to avoid paying for another license.
